- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Returns: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.(unpacking videos are must)
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
