- Any issues parcel opening video must.
- Replacement will be sent if there are any fitting issues or wrong products delivered by us.
- Note: – Replacement won’t be possible is there a lens protector or a skin attach to your phone as than the cover won’t fit your phone especially in soft silicon cover.
- Colour Difference cannot be considered as an issue as the colours may vary as this is a printing work & the photo which are uploaded on our website are just mock-ups. You can check Videos which are uploaded for material clarification
- We can’t refund.
- If order moved to production, we can’t cancel the order.
- For return or exchange just Contact Us with your order reference number.

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

- Since we are providing customized cases and delivering orders on customer specific needs we cannot refund. notes: processing fees cannot be refunded, for example shipping charges, payment gateway charges, order processing charges, etc.
- Notes: We cannot refund shipping charges, payment gateway charges, website processing fees under any circumstances.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,Contact Us and get confirmation from us.
